Lectures on Tap starts with about 20 minutes of getting checked in and getting snacks and drinks.
Then, there's a fun and interactive opener from the co-founder and host, Felecia For The Win. Come chatty. After that, the lecture speaker of the night will take the stage for about 40 minutes. We end with Q&A.
Typically, folks hang around for a bit afterwards to chat about their thoughts on the lecture.
Lectures on Tap events take place in various bars in New York City. You can see the neighborhood where an event will be located by looking at the event details. The exact address is given in the confirmation email you receive after you get tickets.
Mocktails and bites to eat are available at every Lectures on Tap event. Most of our bars also offer coffee, tea, and desserts as well.
Once or twice a week. Usually in the evening on a slow weekday like Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please email us at contact@lecturesontap.com along with your name and a brief description of what you'd like to give a lecture about.
